In conjunction with the MyCommunity platform, Lot Owners can submit a request with a precisedescription of the matter. MBCS, in accordance with committee instructions, then promptly takes necessary action to ensure prompt resolution / actioning. Subject to any applicble by-law restrictions, MBCS then obtains instructions from the committee in relation to your submitted pet request. Like Maintenance Requests, Lot Owners can request that the Body Corporate consider improvements to Common Property, including imporvements to Common Property for the benefit of a lot (exclusive use areas).
The Body Corporate can also consider improvements to a specific lot (particularly where the improvement has an installed value of under $3,000.00, and relates to exclusive use for a particular lot). Upon submission of the Renovation & Improvements e-Form, MBCS will undertake prompt and necessary actioning of the matter.
